Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email support@prtcturpeace.com with your order number and a photo of the item and we will make it right. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
