I am considered an undersized WR in my CO2031. Many people automatically count me out, but being able to have conversations with my big cousin, and knowing his story of him being a walk on that they initially wrote off give me the confidence to block out the noise. My belief in God, belief in myself, work ethic and confidence have to be bigger than any obstacle. It would be easy to get in my own head, but having a mentor like Zeek makes me keep going.

I played ball at Wake with Zeek for two years before being medically retired for personal reasons. There was a period in time where I felt lost and couldn't find the peace that football once gave me, but I learned to find my peace in God. Finding Him led me to running track at Clemson and accomplishing things I never imagined possible. Zeek has always carried that same mindset, which is why both he and his brand will go great measures. The message he's spreading is even more powerful than words can describe.

Transferring schools taught me that protecting your peace means trusting God's plan even when everything feels uncertain. Leaving what was familiar, starting over, and having to prove myself again wasn't easy, but it helped me realize my confidence can't come from other people's opinions — it has to come from my faith, my work ethic, and believing in myself. I've learned that every setback is preparing me for something greater, and as long as I stay focused on my purpose and keep God first, I know I'll end up exactly where I'm meant to be. PYP is a reminder to choose peace over pressure every day.
