I am considered an undersized WR in my CO2031. Many people automatically count me out, but being able to have conversations with my big cousin, and knowing his story of him being a walk on that they initially wrote off give me the confidence to block out the noise. My belief in God, belief in myself, work ethic and confidence have to be bigger than any obstacle. It would be easy to get in my own head, but having a mentor like Zeek makes me keep going.

I played ball at Wake with Zeek for two years before being medically retired for personal reasons. There was a period in time where I felt lost and couldn't find the peace that football once gave me, but I learned to find my peace in God. Finding Him led me to running track at Clemson and accomplishing things I never imagined possible. Zeek has always carried that same mindset, which is why both he and his brand will go great measures. The message he's spreading is even more powerful than words can describe.

I played basketball in college for 3 years before turning pro. Each of the 3 years I transferred schools — I played at UCLA, Wake Forest, and Stetson. I feel like nowadays many kids like myself did not really have stability within the process of the transfer portal. What truly helped me with my mental state and happiness was the fact that I did not have to prove nothing to no one constantly, like many of us think. We are who we are, and many times the personality a kid has on the floor is completely different than the personality that kid has off the floor. I found myself struggling with performances sometimes on the court, but with time I learned that has nothing to do with the young adult you are outside the court.
